Return Policy
Due to the nature of perfumes (personal care & hygiene products), we follow strict return guidelines.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns ONLY if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product leakage due to transit damage
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or opened perfumes
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference issues
- Minor packaging dents
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
4. Replacement Option
We may offer a replacement instead of refund depending on availability.
